What Repp can do
Tracking is free. Want more? You get a plan that feels like real coaching.
Sets, reps, weights and timed sets like planks, logged in seconds. Your complete strength-training log, with no subscription.
A plan for muscle building and strength, tuned to your goal, your experience and your schedule. Ready in minutes after a short questionnaire.
Load and volume climb across the weeks as progressive overload, with a planned deload phase instead of rigid repetition.
Your rest runs on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. No more constant unlocking.
Your questionnaire, plans and logs stay on the same page across your devices. Servers in the EU.
Just get going: start a workout, pick your exercises, log your sets. Records and your weekly streak still count as usual.
Workouts land in Apple Health and your body weight stays in sync both ways. Only with your permission, otherwise not at all.
Stay on it with records, a weekly streak and milestones from your own training.
How it works
You answer a few questions about your goal, experience, available days and equipment. It takes just a few minutes.
Repp turns that into an AI training plan with exercises, sets and working weights for strength training, matched to your input.
You log your training, and the plan sets progression and deload across the weeks. You always know what comes next.
Your AI plan
Tracking comes free. The AI plan is the feature that makes the one-time purchase worth it: it takes the planning off your hands and gives you a clear target on every set, instead of leaving you to guess.
No more researching splits, exercises and rep ranges yourself. Your plan is ready in minutes, matched to your goal and your schedule.
Instead of “just go bench press” you get sets, reps and a starting weight. Before every set you know exactly what to do.
The load climbs on plan across the weeks, as progressive overload, with a deload week built in for recovery.
Volume is spread sensibly across your muscle groups, not just the ones you already enjoy.
Example: Upper body day
With a starting weight from your questionnaire and a clear progression target per exercise.
Not a random text generator: your plan follows clear strength-training principles you can trace, namely progressive overload, sensible volume distribution and planned recovery. It comes out of your questionnaire, from your goal, experience, available days and equipment.
Who it is for: For beginners who want a clear start, for advanced lifters stuck on a plateau and for anyone getting back into it. Whether at the gym, in a home gym with dumbbells or with just your body weight.
Exercise library
From bench press to cable crossover: browse a curated library where every exercise is illustrated, its muscle group is color coded, and your recent picks float to the top.
Structure, not chance
A good plan thinks in weeks, not single workouts. Repp builds on proven training principles and makes every prescription easy to follow.
Instead of the same program every week, the load moves deliberately across a multi-week block, tuned for strength or hypertrophy.
Recovery is planned, not random. A lighter week guards against overreaching and keeps you on it.
You export every plan as a PDF: exercises as rows, weeks as columns, each cell holding that week’s targets. Printed at the rack, the sheet matches the app.
New · Warm-up sets
Repp builds a dedicated warm-up ramp for every heavy lift: a few lighter sets that bring you cleanly up to your working weight. Less injury risk, more strength in your first real set.
Apple Health
If you like, Repp writes your completed workouts to Apple Health and syncs your body weight both ways. Values you enter go out, external weigh-ins come back, and that only happens when you allow it.
Without your consent Repp writes nothing. You grant access yourself, otherwise everything stays as it is.
Completed workouts and your body weight can be allowed separately, exactly the way you want.
In your iOS settings you can take back any permission with a few taps, whenever you want.
Repp doesn’t read anything behind your back and doesn’t sell health data.
Progress in numbers
Repp distills every workout into a clear picture: volume, duration and muscle groups, week after week. No guessing, just your real trend.
Staying on it
Seeing progress keeps you at the iron. Repp celebrates your consistency and your records, without pressuring you with rigid targets.
Your streak counts the training weeks where you hit your weekly goal. Not a daily streak: rest days don’t break it, and the current week never counts against you.
Repp spots new records on its own and highlights them, from a heavier set to your longest held timed set on exercises like planks.
From your first workout to tonnage moved and records collected, all the way to a training block finished clean with its deload: you earn these badges in training, not by opening the app. Only the optional supporter badges come from a coffee tip.
Every achievement is calculated right on your iPhone and stays there.

From beginner to advanced. You state your level in the questionnaire, and the plan sets exercise selection, volume and starting point accordingly. As a beginner you start deliberately more conservative, with clear progression you can follow.
Both. You choose your equipment, from the gym to a home gym with dumbbells, a bench and a pull-up bar, all the way to pure body-weight training. The plan uses exactly what you have available.
