A plan for muscle building and strength, tuned to your goal, your experience and your schedule. Ready in minutes after a short questionnaire.

AI-generated training plan in the Repp app

Multi-week periodization

Load and volume climb across the weeks as progressive overload, with a planned deload phase instead of rigid repetition.

Live Activity rest timer

Your rest runs on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. No more constant unlocking.

Cross-device sync

Your questionnaire, plans and logs stay on the same page across your devices. Servers in the EU.

Free training without a plan

Apple Health, optional

Workouts land in Apple Health and your body weight stays in sync both ways. Only with your permission, otherwise not at all.

Achievements and streaks

Stay on it with records, a weekly streak and milestones from your own training.

How it works

Your AI training plan in three steps.

  1. Questionnaire

You answer a few questions about your goal, experience, available days and equipment. It takes just a few minutes.

  2. Plan in minutes

Repp turns that into an AI training plan with exercises, sets and working weights for strength training, matched to your input.

  3. Train and progress on plan

You log your training, and the plan sets progression and deload across the weeks. You always know what comes next.

Your AI plan

Why your AI training plan pays off.

Tracking comes free. The AI plan is the feature that makes the one-time purchase worth it: it takes the planning off your hands and gives you a clear target on every set, instead of leaving you to guess.

  • No more piecing it together

No more researching splits, exercises and rep ranges yourself. Your plan is ready in minutes, matched to your goal and your schedule.

  • Specific working weights

Instead of “just go bench press” you get sets, reps and a starting weight. Before every set you know exactly what to do.

  • Real progression, not gut feeling

The load climbs on plan across the weeks, as progressive overload, with a deload week built in for recovery.

  • Balanced, not just your favorites

Volume is spread sensibly across your muscle groups, not just the ones you already enjoy.

Without a plan

  • The same routine every week
  • Weights by gut feeling
  • Gaps in neglected muscle groups
  • Stagnation with no clear next step

With a Repp plan

  • Load climbs on plan across the weeks
  • Specific working weights per exercise
  • Balanced volume across your whole body
  • A deload built in before you burn out

Example: Upper body day

  • Bench press 4 sets x 6 reps
  • Row 4 sets x 8 reps
  • Incline dumbbell press 3 sets x 10 reps
  • Lat pulldown 3 sets x 10 reps
  • Lateral raise 3 sets x 12 reps

With a starting weight from your questionnaire and a clear progression target per exercise.

Not a random text generator

Not a random text generator: your plan follows clear strength-training principles you can trace, namely progressive overload, sensible volume distribution and planned recovery. It comes out of your questionnaire, from your goal, experience, available days and equipment.

Who it is for: For beginners who want a clear start, for advanced lifters stuck on a plateau and for anyone getting back into it. Whether at the gym, in a home gym with dumbbells or with just your body weight.

Repp exercise library with illustrated exercises and search

Exercise library

Over 100 exercises, each with a photo

From bench press to cable crossover: browse a curated library where every exercise is illustrated, its muscle group is color coded, and your recent picks float to the top.

  • A photo for every exercise
  • Muscle group color coded
  • Instant search
  • Recently used on top
  • Add your own exercises

Structure, not chance

Why your AI training plan is more than a list of exercises.

A good plan thinks in weeks, not single workouts. Repp builds on proven training principles and makes every prescription easy to follow.

  • Periodization across weeks

Instead of the same program every week, the load moves deliberately across a multi-week block, tuned for strength or hypertrophy.

  • Planned deload phase

Recovery is planned, not random. A lighter week guards against overreaching and keeps you on it.

  • Printable as a coach sheet

You export every plan as a PDF: exercises as rows, weeks as columns, each cell holding that week’s targets. Printed at the rack, the sheet matches the app.

New · Warm-up sets

Warmed up before your working set

Repp builds a dedicated warm-up ramp for every heavy lift: a few lighter sets that bring you cleanly up to your working weight. Less injury risk, more strength in your first real set.

  • Automatic ramp: weight and reps climb set by set up to your working weight.
  • Confirm each warm-up set on its own, or skip the warm-up with a single tap.
  • Adapts to your working weight and the exercise, with no math.

Apple Health

Your training lands in Apple Health, if you want it to.

If you like, Repp writes your completed workouts to Apple Health and syncs your body weight both ways. Values you enter go out, external weigh-ins come back, and that only happens when you allow it.

  • Only with your permission

Without your consent Repp writes nothing. You grant access yourself, otherwise everything stays as it is.

  • You decide per data type

Completed workouts and your body weight can be allowed separately, exactly the way you want.

  • Revocable anytime

In your iOS settings you can take back any permission with a few taps, whenever you want.

Repp doesn’t read anything behind your back and doesn’t sell health data.

Progress in numbers

See in black and white how you get stronger

Repp distills every workout into a clear picture: volume, duration and muscle groups, week after week. No guessing, just your real trend.

  • Workouts, volume and duration at a glance
  • The weekly chart makes your upward trend visible
  • The muscle group split reveals neglected areas
  • Per-lift progression over time

Staying on it

Achievements that keep you training.

Seeing progress keeps you at the iron. Repp celebrates your consistency and your records, without pressuring you with rigid targets.

  • Streaks, week after week

Your streak counts the training weeks where you hit your weekly goal. Not a daily streak: rest days don’t break it, and the current week never counts against you.

  • Personal bests

Repp spots new records on its own and highlights them, from a heavier set to your longest held timed set on exercises like planks.

  • Badges from real training

From your first workout to tonnage moved and records collected, all the way to a training block finished clean with its deload: you earn these badges in training, not by opening the app. Only the optional supporter badges come from a coffee tip.

  • Got started
  • A hundred in the bag

  • Block complete
  • Smart deload

Every achievement is calculated right on your iPhone and stays there.

FAQ

Common questions.

Answered short and honest. If something is missing, just write to us.

Does Repp cost anything?

Workout tracking is free forever. The AI training plan is the paid feature, as a one-time purchase per plan and not a subscription. So you can track for free and only buy a plan when you want one. You see the exact price in the app before you buy.

Do I need an account?

No. You can use Repp without an account and still track. An account via “Sign in with Apple” is optional and only keeps your data in sync across several devices.

How is my data protected?

Repp runs no ad tracking and sells no data. The servers are in the EU. Sign-in is optional via “Sign in with Apple”, and you don’t have to reveal your Apple ID.

Which devices does Repp run on?

Repp is a native app for iPhone and iOS. A version for other platforms isn’t the goal right now.

What languages is Repp available in?

Repp speaks English, German and Russian. The app follows your iPhone language automatically, and in settings you can switch the language for good at any time.

How do I get Repp?

You download Repp for free from the App Store for iPhone. Just search for Repp there or follow the link on this page, and you can start tracking right away.

Can I track without a subscription?

Yes. All tracking works without a subscription. A purchase is only needed for the AI training plans.

Can I train without a plan too?

Yes. You can start a free workout anytime, pick your exercises and just start logging. Records and your weekly streak count just as they do with a plan.

Does the plan adapt to my training?

Yes. The plan is built for several weeks and steers progression and deload, instead of repeating the same thing every week.

How do I create a training plan with AI?

In Repp you answer a short questionnaire about your goal, experience, available days and equipment. From that Repp builds an AI training plan in a few minutes, with exercises, sets and specific working weights, ready to start straight away.

Can I adjust the AI plan or swap exercises?

The AI plan is meant to be followed the way it was generated for you. Want to get hands-on? You can build your own plan anytime in the manual plan builder and freely adjust exercises, sets and days there, or simply generate a new AI plan. During a workout you can also add an exercise on the fly.

How long does a plan run and do I have to buy again?

An AI plan is built for several weeks and steers progression as well as a deload phase. Keeping it running costs nothing extra. If you later want to generate a fresh plan, that is another one-time purchase, still with no ongoing subscription.

Can I print my training plan?

Yes. You export every plan as an A4 PDF: exercises as rows, training weeks as columns, each cell holding that week’s targets, with the current week marked. The sheet fits at the rack and matches the app.

What level is Repp for, beginners too?

From beginner to advanced. You state your level in the questionnaire, and the plan sets exercise selection, volume and starting point accordingly. As a beginner you start deliberately more conservative, with clear progression you can follow.

Do I need a gym or does this work at home too?

Both. You choose your equipment, from the gym to a home gym with dumbbells, a bench and a pull-up bar, all the way to pure body-weight training. The plan uses exactly what you have available.

Is Repp good for muscle building and hypertrophy?

Yes. You can pick muscle building as your goal, and then volume, rep ranges and progression follow that. Across the weeks the load climbs as progressive overload, with recovery built in.

Is an AI training plan as good as a personal trainer?

An AI plan doesn’t replace hands-on coaching in person, but it takes the planning off your hands: structure, specific working weights and planned progression based on proven training principles, available anytime and without an appointment.

What happens to my questionnaire?

Your questionnaire answers are used to build your plan. They are not used for advertising and are never turned into an ad profile.

Does Repp write my data to Apple Health?

Only if you allow it. With your permission Repp writes completed workouts to Apple Health and syncs your body weight both ways, so entries go out and external weigh-ins come back. You allow this per data type and can revoke it anytime in your iOS settings. Repp doesn’t read anything behind your back and doesn’t sell health data.

Are there achievements or streaks?

Yes. There’s a weekly streak for your consistency, automatically detected personal bests and badges for milestones like your hundredth workout, tonnage moved or a training block finished clean. You earn these badges from your own training, calculated right on your device. On top of that there are optional supporter badges if you back Repp with a tip.
