What is an AI training plan?
An AI training plan is a structured training plan that Repp builds from your input. You don’t have to decide yourself which split makes sense, which exercises fit together or which rep range you should work in. You state your goal and your circumstances, Repp handles the planning and delivers a ready-made plan for strength training or muscle building that you can start right away.
How your plan comes together
It starts with a short questionnaire. You answer questions about your goal, your experience, the days you have available each week and your equipment. From that input Repp builds a plan with training days, exercises, sets, reps and specific working weights. After that you just train: you log your sets, and the plan develops across the weeks instead of staying identical week after week.
What makes your plan
- Periodization across weeks. Load and volume move deliberately across a multi-week block, tuned for strength or hypertrophy, instead of rigidly repeating the same routine.
- Specific working weights. Every exercise comes with sets, reps and a starting weight. Before every set you know what to do.
- Progressive overload. The load climbs in a way you can follow across the weeks, when you’re ready for it, not by gut feeling.
- Planned deload phase. Recovery is planned, not random. A lighter week guards against overreaching and keeps you on it long term.
- Personal, from your questionnaire. Only three days and dumbbells? Your plan uses exactly that. Goal is muscle building? Volume and rep ranges follow suit. Getting back into it? Your start is deliberately more conservative.
- Not a random text generator. The plan follows clear strength-training principles: progressive overload, sensible volume distribution across the muscle groups and planned recovery.
Who is the plan for?
From the beginner who needs a clear start, to advanced lifters on a plateau, to anyone getting back into it. In the questionnaire you state your level, and the plan sets exercise selection, volume and starting point accordingly. For equipment you choose between a gym, a home gym with dumbbells, a bench and a pull-up bar, or pure body-weight training. The plan uses exactly what you have available.
Track for free, plan as a one-time purchase
