Common questions
Purchases and billing
An AI training plan is a one-time purchase through your App Store account, not a subscription. You manage purchases, invoices and refunds in your Apple account settings. For questions about a refund you can also contact us directly.
Account and sync
You only need an account via “Sign in with Apple” if you want to sync your data across several devices. Tracking works without an account too.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and its associated data in the app. There is more on this in the privacy policy.
